Oakland Park’s Stella named one of Atlanta’s top restaurants
Jezebel, Atlanta’s Luxury Living Magazine, listed Oakland Park’s Stella among Atlanta’s top 100 restaurants. A “cozy Italian trattoria” located in Grant Park, Stella has hand-tossed pizza, a strong selection of beer and wine. In the spirit of the eco-friendly loft community they call home, Stella also offers seasonal items with locally grown organic ingredients.
Oakland Park is Atlanta’s first multi-family housing project to receive LEED certification, plus the development was recently named a finalist in the Atlanta district council of the Urban Land Institute’s 2008 Development of Excellence awards competition. The six-story condominium building is part of the Memorial Drive revitalization district. It contains 65 one- and two-bedroom condos with environmentally friendly features such as bamboo flooring. Prices range from the $140,000s into the $400,000s.
In addition to Stella, Oakland Park includes Foxgloves and Ivy floral design studio. More retail will soon front Memorial Drive and Park Avenue.

I’m always into discussions on anything organic, so this read made me feel at home.
