Oakland Park Specifies Eco-Friendly Finishes

Oakland ParkOakland Park, a loft and condominium project under construction in historic Grant Park, is anticipating LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council (USGBC), making it one of the first multi-unit residential buildings to be LEED certified in Atlanta.

The project is built using a large variety of eco-friendly materials and products from the ground up.

In addition, Oakland Park is one of the only condo residences in Atlanta to offer on-site recycling for residents. As a joint development between Urban Realty Partners and Melaver, Inc., Oakland Park utilizes as many eco-friendly materials and products as possible to create the best development that is as least harmful to the environment as possible.
