Oakland Park Specifies Eco-Friendly Finishes
Oakland Park, a loft and condominium project under construction in historic Grant Park, is anticipating LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council (USGBC), making it one of the first multi-unit residential buildings to be LEED certified in Atlanta.
Located on Memorial Drive with unobstructed views of the Atlanta skyline, Oakland Park features 65 one- and two-bedroom residences priced from the $190,000s and 6,400 square feet of street-level retail. The project is built using a large variety of eco-friendly materials and products from the ground up.
At Oakland Park, drought-resistant landscaping is incorporated along the exterior of the building. In addition, Oakland Park is one of the only condo residences in Atlanta to offer on-site recycling for residents. As a joint development between Urban Realty Partners and Melaver, Inc., Oakland Park utilizes as many eco-friendly materials and products as possible to create the best development that is as least harmful to the environment as possible.
