A construction firm specializing in Commercial Projects has two open positions that need to be filled for an immediate start. All qualified candidates will be contacted within 24 hours for an interview. The positions available are:

• Construction Superintendant - Directly responsible for site supervision, coordination with all trades, scheduling, forecasting and overall control of all field activities of subcontractors and suppliers. Oversees project safety and quality control programs. Proven experience and leadership are required.
• Project Manager - Take-charge manager responsible for the administration of activities at the field level, providing on-site leadership and making day-to-day decisions that are required to ensure a successful, safe and timely project delivery and completion. Works closely with representatives of the Owner and Owner’s consultants. Must be well organized; BS in construction-related discipline preferred, but not required. Proven experience and leadership are required.

Both positions are located in Atlanta, GA. Both positions require a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in commercial construction. The project at hand is a large-scale commercial assignment. It is a tremendous opportunity with an extremely fast-growing, diverse firm.
