New Prudential Realty Office Open in Roswell

Grand Opening of Cobb-Roswell Prudential OfficePrudential Georgia Realty, which is consistently named one of the 10 most productive affiliates in the 2,100-office Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. network, recently hosted a catered grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting of its newest office Wednesday, June 4th, beginning at 5 p.m. Approximately 200 people attended the grand opening. Known as the Cobb-Roswell office due to its location at 4648 Woodstock Road on the Cobb County side of Roswell, the newly constructed 7,000 square-foot facility features the office space and meeting facilities for 70 real estate agents. It is the 24th Prudential Georgia Realty branch office in the metro Atlanta and North Georgia region. This new Prudential location, in the Mabry Village Shopping Plaza, is located alongside other well-known business names like Starbucks and FedEx Kinko’s. The Cobb/Roswell office has quickly become a leading office within the company and a market share leader in the region. This new facility is one of two under construction for Prudential Georgia Realty in 2008. The second new branch will be located in the new Suwanee Town Center development when construction is completed. A leading firm in metro Atlanta real estate, Prudential Georgia Realty has earned a Consumers’ Choice Award the last four consecutive years and is regularly ranked one of the 50 largest real estate firms in the nation.
