New Owners for River Heights

Marietta’s River Heights Apartments has new owners. Lane Company and Griffin Realty Advisors acquired the community last month for $40.7 million, and plan a major renovation. Located off Columns Drive, River Heights borders the Chattahoochee National Forest and the Atlanta Country Club. It’s the only rental community in the area, and is in great school districts.

The first phase of the renovation should be complete early next year, with all the work done by late 2009.
