New Model at Gwinnett County Community

Ascot Realty has opened a new model home for Phase II of Primrose Creek, a Gwinnett County community priced from the $230,000s to the mid $300,000s. This Sugar Hill community, which features a large amenities package including a zero-entry junior Olympic size pool and tennis courts, will have 371 homes when complete.

The new Carnegie model features 2,400 square feet of living space and is currently for sale in the community. It is a four-bedroom, two and one-half-bath home with an unfinished basement that is studded for an additional bath.
