New Homes Available in Charming Norcross

Craftsman-style home

Brock Built is proud to announce that four home sites in Norcross are now available. These home sites are the final opportunities in the 25-home Lum Howell subdivision. These quaint craftsman style homes are just a short walk to downtown Norcross and all it has to offer residents.

Homes in Lum Howell are currently selling in the mid to high $400,000s. Lum Howell homes are exquisitely detailed, and Brock Built will continue that tradition on all four sites. Two of the available home sites will feature the popular Dover and Franklin floor plans. The Dover floor plan features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, while the Franklin plan has two options: three or four bedrooms, both with two-and-a-half bathrooms. Two new floor plans for the remaining home sites recently passed the Architectural Review Board, and details will be available soon!

A strong school system and award-winning business climate make the area a big draw for young families, entrepreneurs or empty nesters. The city holds a special place in the heart of Evanne Brock, Brock Built’s design and marketing manager. Her relatives have a long history in Norcoss, as one cousin is a former mayor, and her uncle once owned the only grocery store in the city.

While a lot has changed since that time, the small town charm of Norcross’ past remains and mixes well with the city’s present as a great home to raise a family just north of Atlanta. The area is home to local restaurants, bistros, coffee shops and parks, giving it a cozy feeling even though it’s only a 25 minute drive to the state capital.

These craftsman-style homes in Atlanta are on sale now and the gorgeous surroundings and amenities ensure they will go fast. Call Matt Brock today at 404-472-5707 or e-mail him at mattbrock@brockbuilt.com for more information.
