Several new homes are completed and ready for occupancy in Amber Ridge, a newly-opened community in the Locust Grove area of Henry County. The 50-home community is located off Locust Road, which runs off Hwy. 42 and is convenient to Exit 212 of I-75. R&B Construction is offering five different ranch plans in Amber Ridge, and all are priced at $159,999.
Special features of the homes, which have four bedrooms and three full baths, include four-sided brick exteriors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The homes are pre-wired for security and have two-car garages. Amenities in the community, which is in the Luella school district, include tennis courts and a basketball court.
