“This is a great opportunity for buyers who want a ranch home in a great school district at an amazing price. Ranch communities are hard to find in any market and this community offers homes with all the bells and whistles, at an affordable price point in a great location,” said Jamie Mock, sales agent with About Sales, Inc.
Homes at The Springs at Burnt Bridge are being constructed by two well-respected builders, The Knight Group and Cowart Building Group. The community, developed by Cowart Building Group, will have 82 homes when completed. Phase 1 includes 28 homes.
Homes have upscale features such as crown molding and judges paneling, tray ceilings and coffered ceilings, walk-in closets and fireplaces. Some plans have two-sided fireplaces, sun rooms, optional lofts and flexible space that can be used as a garage for a third vehicle or a bonus room.
Buyers may choose from half a dozen floor plans, including the Windsor plan featuring a sunroom, a two-sided fireplace, a master suite with a sitting room, a large walk-in closet, double vanities, and a large kitchen with a separate breakfast room. The home has 1,858 square feet of space and is priced at $165,900.
The model home, the Huffman plan, has a huge kitchen and breakfast room and extensive trim work in the dining room. The master is on the opposite side of the home from the two secondary bedrooms, and the plan offers great flex space off the garage that can be used for extra storage or converted to additional living space. The model has 2,066 square feet of space, upgrades including designer paint colors and granite countertops, and is priced at $176,900.
The community is tucked away in wooded area with an amenity package that includes an outdoor fire pit, a children’s play area and walking trails. The oversized homesites and the feel of living away from the hussle and bussle of the city, yet being only minutes away from shopping, food and schools is just one of the many attributes that makes this community stand out.
