New Custom-home Community Features Royal Treatment for Residents

The saying “Your home is your castle” is never more true than at Conyers’ newest custom-home community, Underwood Crossing near the intersection of Honey Creek at Underwood Road. Built exclusively by Classic Smith Neighborhoods, the luxury neighborhood will have 87 homes when complete. The builder, Classic Smith Neighborhoods, is currently offering pre-sales pricing for a limited time.

“Each home will be distinctly European and every design will be customized,” said Brandi Williams with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, the firm marketing Underwood Crossing. “Classic Smith Neighborhoods is known for its high standards and attention to detail. Mark Smith and his team have created a wonderful community where homeowners literally live a castle lifestyle.” The community will feature five floor plan collections – all custom designed and named for castles in Europe. Currently, representative homes are being built to exemplify these collections. The Avignon plan is part of the French Collection, the Bardi (see photo) is Italian, the St. Andrews is Scottish, the Windsor is English and the Marksburg is German. Each collection showcases the finest architectural styles from these countries. The European-style all-brick homes will have stone and stucco accents, enhanced outdoor lighting and upgraded landscaping. Starting in the $500,000s, each features approximately 3,800 to 4,400 square feet of interior heated space. All homes are built on large basement lots; as an upgrade Classic Smith Neighborhoods will also custom-finish the lower level for media rooms, home theaters, extra bedrooms or home offices.

Underwood Crossing is being marketed exclusively by Coldwell Banker American Land Mart Inc. Listing agents are Brandi Williams, Betty Denio and Linda Lindsey. The sales office is open Tuesdays through Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. For information, call 770-483-2323, or visit www.underwoodcrossing.info.
