Atlanta active adult communityThe Haven at Lost Mountain is the newest active adult community from Jim Chapman Communities. Staying true to the Jim Chapman Communities brand, the Haven at Lost Mountain offers exceptional amenities, an unbeatable location and Cobb County new homes built with the active adult in mind. However, one fun thing about a new community is designing new floorplans that give homebuyers even more options when purchasing a new home. The last time Jim Chapman Communities designed a new floorplan, the Westminster II, they took home a silver award at the Best of 50+ Housing Awards. Needless to say, we are very excited to see what the future is for the new Farrington plan.

The spacious master suite features trey ceilings, luxurious bath with dual vanities and an oversized walk-in closet. While the master suite is situated in the back of the house off of the family room, the other two bedrooms are in the front of the house off of the foyer, giving extra privacy to the master suite. The secondary bedrooms share a bathroom.

The host or hostess can be working away in the kitchen and still be included in the conversation taking place in the family room. The gourmet kitchen has an abundance of storage space and counter space and offers the option of additional cabinets.

The Farringtion is a fantastic new addition to Jim Chapman Communities, and you can take a tour of the exceptional floorplan at the Haven at Lost Mountain. Truly catering to the needs and style of the fifty-five plus generation, the Farrington will surely be Jim Chapman’s next award-winning floorplan.
