The community formerly known as Seasons at Laurel Canyon has been purchased and is reopened under new ownership. Ideally located in Canton, Georgia on the outskirts of Atlanta, the community is now owned by Active Lifestyle Communities (ALC) and temporarily known as Laurel Canyon Lifestyles.

In an all-cash transaction with the anticipation of investing over $28 million, Southeast Capital Partners and Patrick Malloy communities acquired the community under their new partnership, Active Lifestyle Communities. According to Jay Clark, President of Southeast Capital Partners, the goal of ALC is “to continue to purchase and develop active-adult communities that offer amenities and a thriving social environment that will enhance the active-adult lifestyle.”

Under previous ownership, the community sold almost 230 homes and ranked as one of the top selling communities in the Atlanta metro area. The current residents enjoy the low maintenance of living in a community where lawn care, a manned security gate and home security monitoring are included in their monthly association fees.

A buyer can choose from 14 available homes or select the lot and floorplan that suits their specific needs for a new home. After choosing a home to build, the community’s professional design consultant will walk the new homeowner through all of the wonderful interior design selections that are available in the homes.
