NAMAR to Host FREE CE Class

The Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS is hosting a free CE Class, REALTOR and Buyer Benefits of CPHB Program, from 9am - 12:15 pm on April 29, 2008. This class will cover:

• The benefits of selling and buying new homes built by a CPHB.
• The marketing strategy and buzz words to more successfully close the sale of a new home built by a CPHB.
• The differences between building performance standards and code compliance.
• The importance of general liability, builders risk and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Why the CPHB program was created and the significance of the designation.
• What credentials and requirements are mandatory to earn the designation.

Reservations are required. Complete the Registration Form and Fax to 770-934-8363. All cancellations require a 48 hour notice. A $25 fee will be charged for No-Shows.
