Mundy Mill - The Perfect Location For Every Lifestyle

REL Properties, Inc. will have the official groundbreaking of Hall County’s largest master-planned community, Mundy Mill on Tuesday, June 19 at the Mundy Mill Event Tent at Noon. The 604 acre mixed-use community will have a total of 1,148 homes upon completion ranging in price from the $170,000s to $300,000s. The community will also include 578 townhomes, 460 apartments and over one million square feet of commercial retail and office and industrial business parks.

Mundy Mill was created as a true live/work/play community and offers a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle with a variety of home products and outdoor amenities. Mundy Mill will be comprised of several neighborhoods featuring quality homes, luxurious apartments and townhomes, as well as shops, restaurants and office spaces. REL Properties, Inc. aimed to conserve as much of the natural land as possible, and nearly 100 acres of the community remain untouched as natural greenspace. Even the exisiting home on the property is being renovated to serve as the community clubhouse. In addition to the ample greenspace, there will be an array of outdoor activities to enjoy such as extensive walking trails and park areas throughout; a beautiful clubhouse with fitness center, catering kitchen and meeting rooms; swim parks with fun features for kids; tennis courts; tot lot and more.
