Multi Family Starts Up 40% in June
According to a recent report by Inman News citing figures from McGraw-Hill Construction Research & Analytics, multifamily housing construction starts grew 40 percent from May to June 2007. Residential building grew by 4 percent for the month, reaching an annual rate of $283.4 billion.
