Morris & Raper Wins Big at OBIE Awards

The 28th annual OBIE awards in early November was a fantastic night for Morris & Raper Realtors as they were one of the biggest winners of the evening with 14 awards. The Atlanta real estate company won for sales, marketing and merchandising. The top winning communities for Morris and Raper were Sky Lofts and The Gramercy. The Gramercy, taking home one Gold and three Silver awards, is a townhome community located in the Perimeter area, priced from the $200,000 to $600,000. Sky Lofts, a new gated loft and townhome community located in downtown Atlanta, garnered two Golds and a Silver for Morris and Raper Realtors. These FHA approved condos are priced from $120,000 to $278,000.

Morris & Raper Realtors received a total of eight Gold Awards, which included:

  • Best Realtor Promotion- Cosmopolitan at Lindbergh
  • Best Realtor Direct Mail Program- Sky Lofts
  • Best 1/4 pg Newspaper Ad- Sky Lofts
  • Best 1/2 pg Newspaper Ad – The Gramercy
  • SF Attached $199,999 & Under – Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization- Talley Street
  • Best Model – Attached $199,999 & Under – Cyrus Creek
  • Best Model- Attached $200,000 – $299,999- Cosmopolitan at Lindbergh
  • Single Family Attached – $275,000-$374,999 – Village Place Brookhaven

The company also received a total of six Silver Awards, which included:

  • Best E-Marketing/ E-mail Message- Sky Lofts
  • Best Advertising Campaign – The Gramercy
  • Best Offsite Signage – The Gramercy
  • Best Consumer Direct Mail Program– The Gramercy
  • Best 1/2 pg Newspaper Ad- AXIS
  • Best Model – Attached $199,999 & Under – Cyrus Creek
