• Provide several financing options. Help the buyer to understand how much it will cost them monthly to purchase your home - including a utility anaylsis is often helpful. Get with a lender and offer several financing options with different levels of down payments. And don’t forget, subject to the lender’s approval, a seller might even be able to buy down the buyer’s interest rate, which is VERY appealing in today’s market.
