Atlanta new home builder Millard Bowen is the recipient of the prestigious
Lewis Cenker Award from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. This is the highest honor given by the HBA to an individual who has made a lifelong contribution to the advancement of the Atlanta homebuilding industry.
With 30 years of experience in the Atlanta homebuilding business, Millard Bowen, owner and president of Millard Bowen Communities, is a respected pioneer of the industry. A mid-sized builder, the family run business builds more than 500 homes annually in Gwinnett, Hall, Forsyth, Cherokee, Dawson, Lumpkin, Clarke and Jackson counties.
Since 1968, the Millard Bowen Communities has provided the American dream to more than 8,500 homeowners. Millard has remained focused on his original vision to deliver affordable, well designed homes in attractive, livable communities.
