Janis Kraft Completes Training to Assist Relocated Military Personnel

Congratulations is in order to Janis Kraft of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty in Peachtree City. She recently completed the special Coldwell Banker Military Market Training, which makes her uniquely qualified to match former and current military personnel with their ideal home. This training is a great way to set her apart in the Atlanta real estate market. While we may not be a huge military town, we are home to Dobbins Air Force Base and Warner Robbins is not a far commute from South Atlanta. Military personnel do have special concerns and needs when choosing a new home, and it’s great to have agents already trained to meet these demands.

This special training is part of the comprehensive Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation effort to serve the special housing needs of military personnel. In completing the Military Market course, Janis received training in the unique concerns, customs, and procedures related to military buyers and sellers. Included was instruction on veteran home financing and military housing allowance programs.

“I have great respect for those in the military,” said Kraft. “Through the course work, I have a greater depth of understanding for the special circumstances of a service-related relocation.”

Kraft has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty since 2003.
