Microsoft has released “Bird’s Eye” and 3D imagery of Atlanta as part of its free Live Search offering.  This is a neat and useful tool for those looking for a home in metro Atlanta.  It could also be useful for developers looking at land.  Bird’s eye imagery is a highly interactive mapping feature providing aerial imagery with a 45-degree view of potential properties for sale in a specific area.  The imagery can be adjusted to allow views from differenct angles.
