*On a home to be built, the pre-payment of a Finders’ fee will be paid within 7 days of the home starting construction only if the following items are completed prior to the start of construction:
- Receipt and acceptance by Fischer Homes of a written unconditional loan commitment from a Fischer Homes approval.
- The deposit to start the home must be a non-refundable deposit as outlined in Fischer Homes Real Estate Broker/Agent Agreement.
- Any Finders’ fee paid in advance of closing must be repaid by the Real Estate Broker upon demand of Fischer Homes if the Purchaser does not close in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Construction and Purchase Agreement.
