MCL Companies recently purchased the Connie Rose Apartments located next to Skyline at Lindbergh, the newest luxury condominium high-rise in Lindbergh. Currently, the Connie Rose apartments occupy about five acres of land which will be transformed into 70,000 square feet of retail space as well as additional residences. This additional space will turn Skyline into a mixed use community allowing residents to walk to buy groceries, go out to eat or spend some time shopping. At present, Skyline at Lindbergh is the tallest building in the area and will encompass 220 one to three bedroom Skyhomes priced from the $190,000s to the $600,000s.
