McGinnis Reserve Impresses Atlanta Real Estate Agents

The Cars Lined Down the Street at the LuncheonBowen Family Homes recently held a very successful Realtor luncheon at their Gwinnett County community McGinnis Reserve. The event attracted 82 local real estate agents for the opportunity tour the newly opened Gloucester model and the Callaway model. Can you believe 82 real estate agents attended the event? Usually Realtor luncheons attract 30 or 40 attendees, so for McGinnis Reserve to have an audience that is over twice as many as the norm means there is something truly exceptional about the community. After feasting on a tasty catered lunch, Ann Sheffield with Prudential Georgia Realty won a $500 gas card, and Walter Biel with Coldwell Banker won a gas card worth $250. While lunch and a raffle are both very interesting, the star of the event was McGinnis Reserve and the two beautiful model homes

Gloucester Model at McGinnis ReserveThe Gloucester model is loaded with extras. Its 4,465 square feet highlight all the best McGinnis Reserve has to offer. On top of the additional bedrooms and bathrooms, it features granite countertops in the kitchen and baths; stainless steel appliances; site finished hardwood floors; upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen; a built-in closet system in the master closet; and gorgeous lighting throughout. The exterior of the home features a two-car garage and three sides brick.

The Callaway model highlights one of the most popular ranch home designs in the community. The Callaway model is a four-bedroom, three-bath ranch home with 2,880 square feet of living space. The home features hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen, family room and living room and beautiful tile floors in the baths.
