McDowell to Leave Coldwell Banker BDS

Bea McDowell announced eariler this week her plans to step down as Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Builder Developer Services.  McDowell plans to remain in the industry as a new homes consultant while taking time off this summer to enjoy friends and family. Her last day will be May 24.

Bob Romano has been named the new Executive Vice President. Dick Hearin will remain Senior Vice President.  Sales Managers Dottie Kurtz, Nancy Keszthelyi and Joan Hertz also remain in their current positions.

This is unexpected industry news; however, there seems to be a lot of movement amongst VPs throughout Atlanta building and development companies. Perhaps this movement is indicative of the current market?
