McCar Homes’ Online Sales Program a Success
The McCar Homes Atlanta Division online sales program is approaching its second year of serving the Atlanta area and new home shoppers. Recent estimates state that 85% of homebuyers begin their home searches on the Internet, so McCar is trying to cater to these needs by allowing Internet surfers to look at McCar homes and communities through the McCar website. Through this tactic, McCar hopes to be the Southeast’s leader in online new home sales programs. The online department offers personalized sales service to all interested buyers, and even allows for pre-sales of a community before an on-site agent is placed.
