Marketing Results Wins Gold for StoneBridge Signage

StoneBridge NewnanThe Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Marketing Results, Inc. for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best On-Site Signage category for their signage at StoneBridge in Newnan. The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

StoneBridge was a community that suffered during the real estate downturn. A new builder came in and began revitalizing the community so the Marketing Results team decided that it was time to get rid of the tired, old signs and replace them with a fresh, new look. The new signs were designed after the rustic cedar clubhouse, complimenting the overall feel of the community. The same materials and color scheme were used for the sales center sign, on-site directional signage, home site signs and all other community signage. Once the new signs went up, traffic increased three fold, and six homes were sold in seven weeks.
