Coldwell Banker RMR and Anchorage Homes are pleased to be hosting the Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce’s next Business And Social Hour (BASH) at Mallard’s Landing in Jefferson. Held this Thursday, May 29 from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m., the event is a great social networking and cocktail hour for Chamber members, but it will also be open to the general public.
This month’s BASH will be held at the community’s newly complete, decorated model home. Chamber members in attendance, as well as prospective home buyers, will be able to tour the model home during the event, as well as enjoy delicious hamburgers and hotdogs off of the Brand Mortgage grill. In addition, attendees will enjoy spirits provided by Cork & Keg in Braselton.
The stunning new homes at Mallard’s Landing are priced from the $190,000s and are eligible to receive 100 percent USDA financing. Home buyers will find spacious floor plans and luxurious interior features that are hard to find at this price point, making these homes an excellent value. The outstanding features in these homes include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, cultured marble countertops in the bathroom and nine-foot ceilings on the first floor. In addition, buyers can select from a wide variety of customizable options and upgrades to include in their new home. Finally, every buyer will have the opportunity to meet with the in-house design team.
Centrally located off of I-85 between Athens and Gainesville, Mallard’s Landing residents will be just minutes away from excellent shopping at the Tanger Outlet Center, golfing at Traditions of Braselton and family fun at Jefferson City Park. Children residing at Mallard’s Landing will attend award-winning Jefferson City Schools.
