Make Your Website a FAVORITE They’ll Come Back to!

Favorites are supposed to be an easy way to get back to sites we like. If you buyers are anything like me, they have hundreds of sites they’ve saved over time. Make it easy for your buyers to find you again and again with these easy steps.

1. Get on their Favorites List! It may seem obvious but I’m always harping on making it easy, this is no different. Remind them to add you to their favorites with an “Add to favorites” or “Bookmark this Page” link on your website.

2. Create a custom Favicon that is distinctive easy to identify. These are the small icons that appear next to some of the pages you’ve saved in your favorites. They are very small so choose carefully - your logo might work if it is simple or iconic (think KB or Nike). Otherwise, you might choose a signature graphic or color used in your branding.

3.Use Your Page Titles Properly - Favorites are saved by their page titles. Make sure yours are unique and include information specific to you. Its unlikely they will remember that “News” is really “News About My Top Choice Builder/Community”.
