Local Realtor® Team Launches Seller Assistance Program

smyrna-vinings.jpgWhile current homebuilder incentives on the purchase of a new home are significant, they still leave doubt in the future homeowner’s mind regarding their current home. The Seller Assistance Program addresses this critical concern. Aaron Hofmann and his team at Keller Williams Realty Cityside, have launched the Seller Assistance Program to help new home building companies and their future homeowners with selling homeowners’ current homes.

Today’s market can be difficult, not only for new construction but also resales - current homeowner’s are largely on the fence about what to do. Many see the wonderful new homes being built, but are concerned about whether they can sell their home. Builders in the metro Atlanta area continue various incentive programs in an attempt to woo buyers, but the more pressing issue is getting the future homebuyers current home sold.

The Seller Assistance Program connects sellers with a top Atlanta real estate team and incentivizes them on the sale of their home in a difficult market.

In cooperation with the builder, the Seller Assistance Program team will represent future homeowners with the marketing of their current home and represent the future homeowners in the purchase of their new home. The Seller Assistance Program will rebate back two percent of the listing commission to the future homeowner upon successful closing of their current home and the builder’s new home. As an added bonus, qualifying future homeowners in the Smyrna Vinings community would also be eligible for the Ultimate Welcoming Gift, a package of over $3,000 in gift cards to local businesses for buyers that purchase a home in the Smyrna Vinings area.

Aaron Hofmann is a Cobb County, Ga. Realtor® and founder of SmyrnaVinings.com, which administers the Ultimate Welcoming Gift for home purchases in the Smyrna Vinings area.
