List of Penny Power Finalists Grows Longer

The Penny Power Promotion by Bowen Family Homes, one of the most exciting real estate promotions around, is still gaining momentum and currently has a long list of finalists with 14 homebuyers and 24 Realtors qualifying for the final event. Homebuyers and realtors can participate through November 8th, so you still have time to qualify. If you are a homebuyer and would like to participate you can earn tosses a few different ways. You can earn 1 toss by touring a Bowen Family Homes community and registering, you can earn 3 tosses if you are pre-qualified to buy a Bowen Family home with their preferred lender, and you can earn 5 tosses if you are under contract or write a contract for a Bowen home.

Realtors can earn 1 toss by touring a Bowen Family Homes community or by attending a “Penny Power” event, they can 3 tosses by previewing a Bowen Family Homes community with a client, and they can earn 5 tosses if their client writes a contract.

However, one of the easiest ways to become a finalist is by attending a free penny toss event, where you can toss as many pennies as you bring.
