Lennar Atlanta – Open For Sales After Snowmageddon 2011
Businesses throughout Atlanta were forced to close during the snow event which has come to be known by several names – Snowmageddon, Snowpocalypse and Snowcation.
Lennar Atlanta did close their Welcome Home Centers on Monday and Tuesday due to the conditions and for the safety of their employees. But even on Tuesday they were planning ahead by getting key team members out to the new home neighborhoods clearing snow and ice as well as sanding and salting walkways so that once the roads became safer they would be ready.
On Wednesday the reopenings began on a community by community basis. This was partly spurred by Internet and phone inquiries with the question – “Are you open? We would like to view the community.” Yes, even during a large weather event such as this one, people wanted to see the incredible values Lennar Atlanta is offering in their communities.
On Thursday operations resumed at Caswell Overlook townhomes in Marietta, Mirraview in East Cobb as well as Trey Vista and Beyers Landing in Gwinnett county. The only community still not generally accesible being Creekview at Shiloh Valley in Kennesaw which opened Friday morning.
The Lennar Atlanta team wants to be available for their new home real estate customers.
