Leland Homes Holding Grand Opening at Sandtown Village in Marietta

Leland Homes is celebrating Grand Opening through the end of October in Sandtown Village, a gated enclave of 22 low maintenance courtyard homes on Sandtown Road inside the city limits of Marietta. The developer of Sandtown Village is Oakley Development. The community, located just a few minutes from Exit 261 of Interstate 75, features award-winning floor plans being constructed by Leland Homes, an award-winning home builder based in Marietta. The decorated model, which is now open, features the work of the award-winning design firm, DMD Designs.

With prices starting in the mid $200,000s, the unique open
plans offered include The Whitlock, a two-story design with the
master suite on the main floor, and The Bentley, a ranch plan. Three
completed homes are currently ready to move in. As a special buyer’s promotion, the first buyer of one of these homes will receive $20,000 off, the second buyer $15,000, and the third buyer $10,000. The two to four-bedroom plans are described as luxurious, private courtyard homes with main level living, with the owner’s suite overlooking and opening onto the private courtyard. Among the innovative features of each home is the casita, a small, detached house complete with a full bath, which can be utilized for a guest suite, media room, exercise room, office, artist’s studio, or teenager’s retreat. Homes also include a large island kitchen which opens to the gathering room, a large walk-in shower with a bench seat in the
master bath, and an attached two-car garage.
