Legacy Built Homes will be hosting a free continuing education class for metro Atlanta real estate agents. The class, titled Loan Programs for Today’s Market, will be held at the builder’s Highland Pointe at Oakmont community in Dawsonville on Thursday, March 6, 2014. From 10 a.m. until 1:15 p.m., real estate agents will learn about a variety of loan programs that can be offered in today’s recovering market.
