Leading Coldwell Banker Bullard Henry County Office Agents Recognized

Shelly Lasseter was recognized recently as the 2011 top producing agent among current agents for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s McDonough/Henry County office. Duane Lockwood was the office’s number two individual producer for the year, while Debra Morgan was number three. The recognition came at the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization’s annual awards event.

Four current agents from Bullard’s McDonough office also received recognition at the Metro South Association of Realtors’ annual awards event for their performances in 2011, said Jerry Nesbitt, the broker for the office. Duane Lockwood, who had over $3 million million in sales during the year as well as Brooks Brackett, Debra Morgan and Bobbie Roper, each with over $1 million, were named to the association’s Circle of Excellence. Other million dollar producers from the office during the year included The Henderson Team, which was also the top team company-wide. The team is composed of Don Henderson, Penny Henderson, Faye Harvey and Duffie Edwards, who all earned over $3 million. Other agents who were recognized include Shelly Lasseter and Sheri Sears, each with over $3 million, and Phil Wagner with over $1 million.

Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has other locations in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Zebulon, and a separate but affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart with offices in Conyers and McDonough. The Coldwell Banker Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in early 1998 and is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia. The company also offers extensive relocation, real estate owned marketing, and property management services.
