Last Days to Register for ULI’s Emerging Trends Conference

Wouldn’t you like to be among the first to know which markets to watch, what’s happening in various real estate industries and what the outlook is for capital markets? Participants at the Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate ® 2008 will learn that and more.

Global, national, regional and local perspectives will be presented and attendees will receive a special advance copy of Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2008, the most highly-regarded and widely read forecast in the real estate industry. The conference will be held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre the morning of Tuesday, October 30, 2007.

The Keynote Presentation will be given by Dean Schwanke, Senior Vice President, Publications and Awards, Urban Land Institute in Washington, DC. A panel discussion by leading Atlanta real estate executives will follow his presentation. Maria Saporta, Business and Urban Development Columnist, Atlanta Journal Constitution will serve as panel moderator and panelists will include Stephen H. Whisenant, CEO, Madison Retail; Lance Patterson, President and COO, Barry Real Estate Companies; Bill White, Senior Vice President, Wachovia and LaNorris Nixon, Vice President, Russell New Urban Development, LLC
