Large Crowd Shows Up for Grand Opening Event at Eastside Walk

Over 100 people attended the “Spring Fling & Fiesta” Grand Opening Agents Open House held recently at Eastside Walk, a single family residential community in East Atlanta. The festivities were hosted by The Housing Group Intown, the builder in the community, with Sun America Mortgage and Trey Inman & Associates as sponsors.

Meg Thompson, broker for The Housing Group, said attendees included real estate agents from throughout the Atlanta area, from Lilburn to Fayetteville and from Cascade Road to Lithonia. “Many agents who hadn’t visited Eastside Walk before came to preview our new Intown product, which is a testament to the trend of buyers desirous of the benefits of an urban lifestyle and agents educating themselves on the choices their buyers have,” Thompson added.

Located on Bouldercrest Drive in the East Atlanta portion of DeKalb County, the charming Eastside Walk community will have a total of 174 Arts and Crafts-style homes when completed. Prices start in the mid $200,000s. An amenity center featuring a swimming pool with a cabana and a playground will be completed and open this spring, giving Eastside Walk the distinction of being the first East Atlanta community to offer a swimming pool as an amenity. In addition, community residents will have easy access to Glen Emerald Park with basketball and tennis courts, a pond and a picnic area, located just outside Eastside Walk.
