Kudos to West Village
One of Idea Associates‘ premier clients, West Village, was awarded the 2007 “Development of Excellence” Award by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and the Livable Communities Coalition (LCC). ARC and LCC are joint partners in the promotion of the awards program.
The award honors developments that exemplify the policies of ARC’s Regional Development Plan. Past award winners demonstrated how great design can create a “positive framework for the future,” and showcase how their community is creating innovative and successful developments for thr future in the Atlanta area. West Village is a 60-acre, mixed-use community offering townhomes, condominiums and single-family homes for purchase and lease.
Idea Associates is proud of our affiliation with individuals and developers that represent smart growth land development. In addition to West Village, Idea Associates also works with The Astoria at the Aramore developed by Kairos Development Corporation. The Aramore was the ARC’s 2005 “Development of Excellence” award-winner. The Aramore is a mixed-use condominium community with street level retail.
