By bringing the process entirely online, from pricing to paperwork to scheduling repairs and showings, Knock empowers sellers to manage the sale of their home from any device, anywhere. This is very important, as today’s busy homeowners don’t have time for every cleaning, showing and meeting required to successfully sell a home.
Knock’s unique platform provides homeowners a guaranteed way to sell their home at market price in six weeks or less for the same six percent as a traditional listing. As an added bonus, home sellers have additional price assurance through a rebate offer. If Knock purchases a home and sells it at a higher price later, the original seller will receive a rebate of 90 percent of the difference.
After completing a short questionnaire online, the seller will receive an email with a quote range and full market analysis for their home. If they’re interested in working with Knock, the next step is Knock’s proprietary 200-point home inspection, which results in a final selling price quote. The homeowner can then elect to move forward with Knock in one of two ways – 1) list with Knock for six weeks or 2) sell to Knock immediately. At the end of the six week listing period, or at any time during the process, the homeowner can choose to sell the home to Knock for the previously agreed upon price.
