Knight earns OBIE for South Fulton Townhomes

The Knight Group continued its tradition of winning OBIE Awards for Professionalism by earning a Silver Award in the 2006 competition. The Knight Group’s Silver Award came for the townhomes in Renaissance at South Park in the category for Single Family Attached Homes (All Builders) in the $149,999 and under price range.

Renaissance at SouthPark is The Knight Group’s 150-acre multi-use community off Oakley Industrial Boulevard in South Fulton County. There will be a total of 1,000 townhomes in the Renaissance development. Phase I of the townhomes is nearing completion, and work is scheduled to begin soon on the second phase, which will have prices in the $130,000s and $140,000s.
