Keystone HOME Program Makes Homeownership Easy

new homes in Augusta GAIf you’re a first-time homebuyer looking for a new home in Augusta, Ga., Keystone Homes has launched a new program to guide you through the process. The Keystone HOME program is designed to simplify the process and help you achieve your dream of homeownership.

By joining our program, you’ll have access to financial industry professionals who will provide you with information on how to repair, restore or improve your credit rating. If you have a good credit score, you have a better chance of being approved for a low-interest mortgage. You’ll also receive advice on managing outstanding debt and following a personal budget.

Once you’ve found the perfect Augusta home, we’ll set up a meeting with a mortgage loan counselor who will come up with a plan to help you qualify for a mortgage as soon as possible. Every month, you’ll be able to meet with your loan counselor to make sure you stay on track. In addition to monthly meetings, a Keystone representative will keep you up to date on new floor plans and will answer any questions you have about the homebuying process.

Enrolling in the Keystone HOME program requires a $100 enrollment fee and minimum monthly payments of $100. We’ll match your contributions on a dollar-to-dollar basis up to $2,000. This money can then be put toward your down payment, closing costs or upgrades.

We have several new home communities in Augusta, Ga., that are perfect for first-time buyers. One community, Stone Creek, has 17 intimate homes priced from the $110’s. These homes range in size from 1,100 to 2,200 square feet.
