Kerley Family Homes Welcomes New Vice Presidents of Operations
“We are very excited to welcome Bill Holliday and Andrew Hewitt to the Kerley family and we are happy to have them aboard. We are also excited for Josh Jackson and Chris Dake, who are the perfect example of the Kerley vision with their extraordinary dedication to our clients and to their team,” said Gene and Joe Kerley.
Bill Holliday will be the new vice president of operations for Kerley Family Homes in Cobb and Cherokee counties. Andrew Hewitt will be overseeing the division that includes Henry, Coweta and Fayette counties.
Kerley Family Homes also announced that Josh Jackson and Chris Dake were both promoted to vice president of operations from within the Kerley family. Josh Jackson will oversee the Paulding and Douglas counties division, while Chris Dake will be over Forsyth and Gwinnett counties.
Gene and Joe Kerley decided to join forces with each other and share their lifelong passion for building value-packed, fine homes in prestigious neighborhoods. Together, the duo brings a level of expertise and keen eye for details that can be seen in all of the homes built by Kerley Family Homes.
Before emerging home trends are offered by other builders in the Atlanta new home market, Kerley Family Homes offers these as standard features, making their homes unique for buyers. 2013 proved to be hugely successful for Kerley Family Homes, with their sales tripling from 2012.
Why is Kerley Family Homes so successful? Their careful, up-close business management reduces overhead expenses, allowing Kerley Family Homes to provide value-packed homes with the most up-to-date features on the market. Not only does Kerley Family Homes offer the most up-to-date features, but the company is a Certified Professional Homebuilder and is family-owned and operated, so you know that they are a builder you can trust to build your new home.
