Kairos Development Supports Cleveland Avenue CID

Kairos Development Corporation is proud to announce its partnership with Cleveland Avenue property owners and government officials to form a Community Improvement District along Cleveland Avenue, a successful and innovative mechanism for reviving a community and helping it grow prosperously. Jefferson Station at Buggy Works is one of Karios’s newest developments, located near Cleveland Drive, which features loft office space available for lease.  A CID is a self-taxing group of property owners working together to promote business and community development through community improvements in partnership with government officials, business professionals and members of the surrounding community. The CID will use non-residential property tax dollars to fund initiatives such as community clean up, safety and security enhancements, and infrastructure and transportation improvements. Kairos Development recently developed Jefferson Station at the Buggy Works, a newly renovated 70,000 square feet, authentic loft office building located in historic East Point near Cleveland Drive. It is refreshing to see a development corporation that takes an interest in the surrounding community of one of its new developments. Kairos’s involvement with this CID is inspiring, way to go Kairos!
