Be sure to take notice that local Atlanta development company, Kairos Development Corporation, is a bronze sponsor of the 14th annual Excellence in Development awards program, hosted by the Atlanta District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Considering the fact that this particular awards ceremony recognizes excellence in new Atlanta development projects, Kairos is a natural sponsor. Kairos Development Corporation is not a stranger to this prestigious award ceremony. In fact, in 2005 Kairos was the recipient of the most coveted award, the Development of Excellence Award.

Development of Excellence awards are given to projects that are exceptional examples of good development. Winners will be announced at the Urban Land Institute’s awards banquet held at the Georgia Aquarium on September 18, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The exciting event brings together the “Who’s Who” of Atlanta real estate to recognize the most outstanding development projects within the Atlanta District Council. Distinguished leaders and personal achievements will also be honored through the Dan Sweat Community Leadership Award and the Frank Carter Community Achievement Award. ULI Atlanta advances responsible land use policy and real estate development practice throughout greater Atlanta.
