Jim Chapman Communities Makes Headlines
Jim Chapman Communities’ success at the 50+ Housing Awards has made headlines.
If you recall, the Atlanta active adult home builder took home two silver awards at the national banquet: Brookhaven at East Cobb was honored with the prestigious Community of the Year recognition, and Brookhaven at Johns Creek was awarded the Best Detached Home over 2,000 square feet.
Atlanta was well represented at the 50+ Housing Awards in Philadelphia, which is the reason that the Atlanta Journal-Constitution decided to highlight the award recipients, including Jim Chapman Communities.
Of course, what the article does not mention, is that this is the second year in a row that Jim Chapman Communities has brought home multiple awards from the national competition. In 2008, Brookhaven of East Cobb won both a gold and silver award at the gala (the gold for Active Adult Clubhouse and the sivler for Active Adult Attached Home Design).
As a consistent winner of national honors and awards, it is clear that Jim Chapman Communities is one of Atlanta’s premier active adult home builders. They have six active adult communities throughout metro Atlanta, and all of them feature Atlanta new homes that cater to the needs of individuals aged 55 and over. However, Jim Chapman Communities goes above and beyond building the perfect active adult home by offering a community full of amenities and activities that help bring neighbors together. The sense of community is what sets Jim Chapman Communities apart from the rest, and is overwhelmingly one of the top selling points for homeowners.
