Jenny Pruitt’s Agent Luncheon at Water’s Lake a Great Success
The secret is out about one of Woodstock’s finest custom homes communities, Water’s Lake. More than 60 agents from Atlanta’s top real estate offices recently attended an open house luncheon at the community, which is being marketed by Jenny Pruitt and Associates New Homes Services. Water’s Lake is a gated community priced from the $400,000s to the $600,000s.
Lisa Mills, a real estate agent in the Cobb County office for Jenny Pruitt Associates, won $50 in a cash drawing at the event. “Anyone that purchases a home in this community will be exceptionally pleased,” said Mills about Water’s Lake.
In addition to Mills, two other agents won a $50 prize in a cash drawing. Other prizes included $10 gas card to the first 25 agents to arrive. The event was catered by Added Touch.
