IRM-I Class Next Week!

For those that are interested in earning the prestigious MIRM designation, you can get one step closer next Tuesday and Wednesday by attending IRM-I: Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers, which is approved for nine Certified Professional Home Builder and Georgia Real Estate Credits. This Institute of Residential Marketing course presents important marketing research principles and methods available to the home building industry. It covers the entire sales and marketing cycle, from generating leads to closing the sales. Bill Webb will facilitate this class. He is Principal of William N. Webb and Company, Inc., a leading provider of management, marketing and sales improvement systems for home builders, land developers and Realtors. Tara Williamson will co-instruct with Bill. Tara has been a member of the IRM since 2004 and is a new home sales-agent. The class is March 4 - 5, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (registration at 8:00 a.m.) at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Housing Center in Tucker.
