Stop Gambling! Target your Marketing Budget

Aces and MouseInternational Builders’ Show® attendees should make plans to meet and learn from mRELEVANCE experts, Carol Flammer and Mitch Levinson. Each will be speaking at two educational sessions that will focus on specific areas of Internet marketing and social media – topics perfect for anyone in the real estate industry: small and large builders, multi-family developers or remodelers.

Levinson presents an action packed panel, “Stop Gambling! Target your Marketing Budget with Internet Tracking.” This session will allow attendees to gain valuable insights into effective Mitch Levinsonmeasurement of Internet marketing expenses, learn what to track and how to analyze website hits, bounces and clicks and get step-by-step guidance on tracking email marketing, website and Internet advertising for effective results.

Levinson will partner with Steve Lewkowitz on “Dealing With Gen Y – The Next Generation of Builders, Buyers, Colleagues, and Employees.” This session will teach attendees how to sell to, work with and compete against the always-on, tech-savvy Generation Y, focusing on the housing products GenYers want to purchase, the lifestyles they want to lead, the technology they expect to use and the work environment you’ll need to create to attract the best and brightest of this dynamic generation.

Carol FlammerFlammer presents, “Extreme eMarketing – Take Your Internet Program from Good to Great” with Meredith Oliver and Mike Lyon.  This high-energy, content-rich Internet marketing and sales master’s class will show attendees how to develop a comprehensive strategy for their Web program and use their Web site to drive traffic, manage social media to generate awareness and use eLead follow-up to close the sale.

“Sell to Women through the Social Media Grapevine,” which will discuss how builders and developers can use social networking sites to spread their messages virally through the social media grapevine and teach how to spread their brand and messages using a variety of online tools. Carol Flammer, Dina Gundersen, Tammie Smoot and Karen Dry present this ah ha on behalf of Professional Women in Building.
