An interesting article from the Tampa Business Chronicle noted that Sam Hamad, CEO of Enterprise Associates of Sarasota, says he’s offering buyers at his Marquee en Ville luxury condominium development and Marquee on the Bay a refund check if their home’s value depreciates in the next two years.

I saw a similar incentive from a builder in Torrance, CA. I love the idea and wish more builders were offering it to consumers. I feel it would surely help spark sales if marketed properly.
