Interested in Buying a Foreclosed Home?

Purchasing these bank-owned homes has become a rather popular form of investing, and has many people intrigued. Since foreclosure rates are among the highest that they have ever been, interested home buyers have a wide variety of options. One snag is that locating foreclosed homes in Atlanta is not nearly as easy or convenient as locating a home for sale. So, to help educate prospective investors, partake in the inaugural tour of Foreclosure Tour and Learn. Scheduled for Sunday, May 18, this six hour tour, which commences at 10:00 a.m., will visit five homes at intown neighborhoods and simultaneously educate participants about the ins and outs of investing in the abundant stock of bank-owned foreclosures in the Atlanta real estate market. Hosting the tour will be a real estate industry professional, like a real estate agent or mortgage broker, that will share his or her expertise as it relates to investing in a foreclosed home.
