Many builders are offering extreme incentives to attract buyers. HEY potential home buyers, if you have not noticed NOW is the time to buy a home. Interest rates are low, there are lots of beautifully well-built homes on the market and if that isn’t enough to entice you, here’s more:

• At Magnolia Estates in South Fulton, Ross Mundy Custom Homes is offering buyers $15,000 to use any way they want OR a two-year lease on a Hummer H2 and free gas for the year.
