Incentives for Buyers

Many builders are offering extreme incentives to attract buyers.  HEY potential home buyers, if you have not noticed NOW is the time to buy a home.  Interest rates are low, there are lots of beautifully well-built homes on the market and if that isn’t enough to entice you, here’s more:

• At Magnolia Estates in South Fulton, Ross Mundy Custom Homes is offering buyers $15,000 to use any way they want OR a two-year lease on a Hummer H2 and free gas for the year.
• At McCart Landing in Rockdale, Ross Mundy Custom Homes is offering buyers $12,000 media rooms in the basement. This includes six leather recliners, 103-inch movie screen, a ceiling-mounted projector, surround sound system, Sony DVD player and lighting.
• The Providence Group is offering up to $25,000 in incentives at select communities.
• Monte Hewett Homes offers a Buy Now, Sell Later program at all of their communities.
• Through Aug. 31, McCar Homes is offering a $25,000 incentive
